Hope United Building Plan
Hope United Church, under the leadership of Pastor Joshua and Keren Swilley have a vision to be a beacon of hope in the South Florida region. The next step in this vision includes the acquisition of a new location in Pembroke Pines and construction of a full equipped facility.
This new facility will help Hope United accelerate and realize an ambitious vision of reaching the region with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The facility will include a 40,000 square foot Worship Center, Audio-Visual Facility, School and Conference Center. While the facility will serve as a primary place for Sunday morning worship services it will be multifunctional providing the space needed to expand current programming and community outreach initiatives.
Hope United will be the first of its kind in the city of Pembroke Pines and Miramar as a worship, audio visual, school and conference center providing an alternate venue for hosting local educational conferences, and large events as well as being a shelter during hurricane season.
In the second to third year of operations a school and audiovisual program will be added to provide recreational space for activities such as midnight basketball, summer camps and physical education classes to promote healthy kids and lifestyles. The facility will serve as a drawing card to attract a population of un-churched youth and their families in order that they would gain or strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ.
In a season where many churches are struggling to maintain memberships and income, Hope United Church continues to be relevant.
We thank you for your partnership in making Christ’s name known to this and future generations.
