Hope United began as a simple dream placed in the hearts of Bishop Duane and Deborah Swilley, who desired to create a church where diverse people could encounter God in a real and meaningful way. What started as a humble gathering quickly grew into a vibrant community built on worship, prayer, and a deep love for people.

From those early days, the church was shaped by the dedication and sacrifice of the Swilleys and the founding families, who laid a strong spiritual foundation and set the course for what Hope United would become—a place of hope, healing, and transformation.

As the church continued to grow, God raised up new leadership to carry the vision forward. Today, Hope United is led by Pastors Joshua and Keren, who serve with a heart for worship, family, and helping people connect deeply with God. Their leadership continues to build on the foundation laid by the founders, carrying the same vision into a new season of growth, excellence, and impact.

Together, the legacy of the past and the leadership of the present continue to shape Hope United into a church where families are transformed and leaders are raised.
