Pastor Joshua leads a powerful message on the the move of the Spirit that occurs when believers utilize the power of the Shofar to bring consistency, power, and authority to our lives.

Revelation 1:6 King James Version
6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Principle: We have the responsibility to Blow the Shofar.

Joshua 6:1-5 New Living Translation
1 Now the gates of Jericho were tightly shut because the people were afraid of the Israelites. No one was allowed to go out or in. 2 But the Lord said to Joshua, “I have given you Jericho, its king, and all its strong warriors. 3 You and your fighting men should march around the town once a day for six days. 4 Seven priests will walk ahead of the Ark, each carrying a ram’s horn. On the seventh day you are to march around the town seven times, with the priests blowing the horns. 5 When you hear the priests give one long blast on the rams’ horns, have all the people shout as loud as they can. Then the walls of the town will collapse, and the people can charge straight into the town.”

Tekiah
A long, loud blast that calls people to attention and is a sound of joy and happiness. It is also a call to worship and a proclamation that God is King.

Shevarim
Three broken blows that sound like crying. It is a sound of repentance and brokenness, and some scholars believe it represents tears of sadness or joy at another year passing. It is also a sound of mourning for the Holy Temple.

Teruah
Nine or more staccato rings that serve as a wakeup call to the new year. It is a sound of warfare and celebration. In some traditions, it is a single long, reverberating blast.

Tekiah gedolah
A great blast played at the end of the Rosh Hashanah service. It is a sound of healing.

Principle: Consistency in our faith is vital.

Principle: If you want to see walls come down, you have to be consistent.

Principle: Prayer is best understood through the lens of consistency.

Luke 18:7 New International Version
7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?

Principle: The Shofar brings us together in a more perfect unity.

John 17:21 New Living Translation
21 I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one…

Principle: The Shofar accomplishes oneness.

Psalm 133 New International Version
1 How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! 2 It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down on the collar of his robe. 3 It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the Lord bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.

Principle: The authority of Satan is crushed by the Unity of God’s Church.
